The mother of all Tribal Council continued. It was Marvin’s turn to grill Amanda, Justine and most especially Jef.
Marvin : “Good evening, kayong tatlo nandiyan, kasi nautakan niyo kaming lahat, a noong natanggal ako, I understood, 100%. I knew I was on the weaker side, di ‘ko gusto na matanggal ka early in the game kaya pinili ko si Tara. Noong nanalo kami ng immunity ako tsaka si Tara who said give the bracelet to Jef. Kasi ayaw ko matanggal kita, nagshuffle, I work extra, ayoko ipakita lahat ng lakas ko pero ginawa ko. Para ‘di ‘ka matanggal. Kasi if we lost one time, ikaw ang matanggal. Camp life same thing, nag extra effort ako. At one time, nagbukas ako ng more than 50 coconuts in one day, gawa ako isang bundok na coconuts kasi gusto mo. Binigyan kita ng jacket ko ‘pag natutulog, I get really really sick alam ko yung lungs ko one side is full. Paglabas ko I was down, fever, cold… Lahat ginawa ko ‘yun kase kaibigan kita. Noong natanggal ako I understood, for you to survive. But when I heard the story lahat ng sinabi mo behind my back, Immature ako sabi mo kay Echo, that’s one of the last things I wanna hear from anybody. Convinced me why should I choose you over the other 2?
Marvin : “Jef.”
Jef : “Sorry kung sa lahat, kung nasaktan kita in any way. Sana after this bigyan mo ako ng chance to talk to you and then, mag-open sa’yo. Doon sa tanong mo, kasi naghirap din ako dito sa larong ito just like everyone else. Physically kasi I know I’m not able e. So ginamit ko siya sa ibang way na alam kong magdadala sa akin dito.”
Amanda: “Kaya sumali ako dito, and I think I deserve a chance not because mas marami akong pera kay Jef, mas marami akong pera kay Justine. Kailangan tingnan n’yo lahat, all the angles. The reason why I want the money is to start a new life not as a construction worker but to start a new business, bayaran lahat ng utang ko and start na new business and start a chicken farm that hopefully will work, sa Mindoro.”

Three Questions for the Final Three Castaways
Friday night, it will be known who will rightfully earn the title of Pinoy Sole Survivor in the most anticipated finale of Survivor Philippines: Palau.
Jef Gaitan, (The Girl-Next-Door) is the embodiment of “Outwit” after being able to last to the very end using her greatest strength – her brains. Amanda Colley Van Cooll, (Probinsyanang Tisay) has “Outplayed” most of the castaways especially during the merge and where it matters the most – during the tie-breaker challenge at the second to the last tribal council. Justine Ferrer (the Transsexual Beauty Queen) has “Outlasted” everyone since she was voted off during the first tribal council and during her solitary in Isla Purgatoryo until she reached the final three spot.
The seven members were bound to decide who among the three beautiful, strong-willed and intelligent lady-castaways deserve the title the most.
But before the big announcement, we get the chance to know what’s on the mind of the Final 3 Castaways and ask them why they think they stayed until the very end and why they deserve to win the title and the 3 million Pesos cash prize.
Question: How do you feel that you made it to the Final 3 and you get one-third of the chance to become the Sole Survivor?

First time ko nagawa ang maraming bagay doon. But it is overwhelming and it is a big burden for me to be there. It’s so hard to be where I am right now.
Amanda: “It’s just an amazing feeling. I always knew in myself that I could do it but it was amazing how the last part happened. I am both very excited and nervous but I feel that I have already accomplished and reached my goal which is to make it to the top.”
Question: Do you think you deserve the title after being able to outwit, outplay and/or outlast the majority of the castaways?

Jef : “Ayokong alisin sa sarili ko iyong right to claim the title ng Sole Survivor. But I am not expecting anything.
Amanda : “As a player, I won the most or more than anybody. I knew when to show my strength – or how much of my strength to show during the entire duration of the game. And I showed everything I got when it matters the most to become one of the final three castaways.”
Deserving ako kasi may napatunayan ako.
Question: What’s your message for your supporters, fans and detractors?

Jef : “Gusto kong mag-thank you sa kanila. Sa mga detractors ko, kasi iyong sinasabi nila na negative about me, iyon ang mas nakakapagpatapang sa akin. Lalo akong nagiging palaban.
Amanda : “I want to say to all the fans to never give up to the very end. I didn’t give up. If I accepted the fact that the game is over for me, it might have been all over. We can still make it even though you think that it is the end and there’s no more chance. I already knew that I could be the next to go. Tanggap ko na. But I still fought to get an alliance. It apparently worked to my benefit, if I haven’t done that (persuade Jef), I wouldn’t be here. Thank you to everyone for supporting me and for giving me the strength.”

Mending Broken Hearts
The final three castaways - Amanda, Justine and Jef returned to their camp. Justine started a fire for their bonfire, while Amanda went straight to the beach. Jef approached Justine and tried to mend their broken relationship by asking if the latter was still angry at her.
Justine: “Hindi ko alam sasabihin ko.” Jef : “Alam mo, just like ‘yung kay Amanda, importante sa ‘min yung yung okay tayo kasi right now wala akong pakialam sa 3 million gusto ko lang maging okay with you, maging okay kay Amanda kasi alam ko sa lahat ng nakasakit and nangbulls**t parang feeling ko in the end, just because i want to prove something. Ako pa ang may pinakanasaktan at mas may pinakapinaikot.”
Justine accepted Jef’s reconciliation. Justine said that she treated Jef as a younger sister. Both Justine and Jef were in tears as the the two of them embraced each other after saying their apologies after an emotional and heated Tribal Council. Later, it’s time for Amanda and Justine to kiss and make up.
Amanda: “No, it's ok. Promise. I understand everything, I understand it's a game and I’m so happy tapos na .Sobrang happy ako. If nagalit kita like I’m sorry kasi…”
For Justine, she has already accepted that the three of them ended up to the Final 3.
“Actually happy naman ako na kami iyong naiwan kasi that’s God’s will,” Justine said.
Day 39
Like the sunrise after the storm, it was a totally different mood when the girls woke up to their last day in the island. The girls ate their last meal.
Their last evening in the island came. Paolo welcomed the final three castaways to their last tribal council. Then entered the seven members of the jury: Marvin, Tara, Echo, Suzuki, Shaun, Mika and lastly, Charles. Paolo took the immunity necklace from Justine.
Paolo said that the power now lies in the hands of the members of the jury. He then allowed the three remaining castaways to make their opening statements. Justine was first to give her speech.

Three vs. One
The second to the last Tribal Council continued with the three vs. one setup. Paolo continued the discussion with Charles, Jef and Justine while Amanda was temporarily isolated in the tunnel.
So, you’re taking it back now because you’ve been very emotional?”
Jef : “Honestly wala, wala. Wala na ‘kong dapat iclear, wala na kong dapat sabihin, Im sure in time malalaman din nila kung ano ‘yun.”
Justine then went out to change place with Amanda.
Tapos sabi niya Amanda ikaw talaga. So okay, tapos sabi ko, why?
Paolo : “So, sinabi niya ibibigay niya sa’yo?”
Charles: “Sagutin mo.”
Jeff : “Wait lang Charles… Tina-try kong sabihin kay Charles na if you go for Justine baka wala tayong chance, if you go for Amanda baka sakaling meron. Tapos hindi ko na alam, narinig pala ni Justine tapos ‘yun na and then nag-away sila ni Amanda and then Justine is telling me nga na kaya ko lang ito ginagawa kasi parang okay na kaming tatlo eh, okay na ‘yung usapan namin. Okay na pero just because gusto kong i-save yung friendship namin ni Amanda, pinagpalit ko iyong alliance.”
Charles: “Tama na’ng iyak…”
Paolo : “Nagulat ka ba na nagalit is Justine or expected mo ‘yun?”
Mayroon pang sigawan, basagan and all…”
Paolo : “Basagan ng?”
Jef : “Palayok.”
Paolo : “Sinong nagbasag ng palayok?”
Jef : “Hindi iyong takip lang, na parang sa galit ni Justine na basta ginanun n’ya hindi kasi ako nakatingin sa kanya that time eh, tapos ayun.”
Paolo : “Alright. So given yung nangyari sa camp and given that we have one more day to go. Do you know where to go? Alam mo na ba yung dapat mong gawin?”
Jef : “I’ll go with the original plan.”
