Monday, September 28. 2009‘The Magnificent Seven’ of the OMI
More than seventy years ago, the late missionary bishop Luis del Rosario, SJ heard of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate that has been known in the Church as specialists in the most difficult missions.
The bishop was thinking of his frontier territories down south also known as the Moro Provinces – the empire province of Cotabato and there entire archipelago of Sulu. This discovery prompted him to visit the OMI General House in Rome during his ad limina visit to the Holy Father. He spoke of the most difficult missions and the dangers of Cotabato and Sulu that melted the heart of the OMI Vicar General. In 1939, the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, or OMI for short, accepted the challenge to mission in Sulu and Cotabato (as big as the entire central Luzon). The first batch of the OMI Missionaries arrived in Manila on the 25th September of the same year after more than 40 days of boat travel from New York. The second batch arrived a month after. The 7 OMI pioneers coming from USA were only given a week to pack their bags and sail for the Philippines. None of them knew where the Philippines was, thus after their talk with their superior, they scampered to the library to search for information about the Philippines. The seven pioneers became legends in Cotabato and Sulu. They were Frs. Gerard Mongeau (Superior of the new Philippine Mission), Francis McSorley, George Dion, Emile Bolduc, Egide Beaudoin, Joseph Boyd and Cuthbert Billman. In OMI history, these pioneers were also known as the ‘Magnificent 7’ of the OMI Mission in the Philippines. Fr. Gerard Mongeau, who became the first bishop of the empire province of Cotabato and Sulu, became known not only for establishing parishes and Notre Dame Schools in the empire province of Cotabato but for his innovative social action projects and media ministry. Fr. Francis McSorley became a friend of General Paulino Santos and together planned the settlement of South Cotabato. Where General Santos established his new municipality, Fr. McSorley established the parish and the school. And later when Fr. McSorley became the first bishop of Sulu and Tawi-Tawi, he began his deep friendship with Moro leaders and developed the Notre Dame College of Jolo as first rate tertiary education for the Muslims. Fr. George Dion, who also became bishop of Sulu, was associated with the first Catholic commercial broadcast media in the Philippines. His name was so much linked to DXMS (Cotabato), DXND (Kidapawan), DXMM (Jolo) and DXGD (Bongao). He also became director of Radio Veritas. Fr. Cuthbert Billman was the writer in the group. He immediately got involved in the National Catholic Paper, the Sentinel, and Commonweal. He was responsible for the training of young journalists, the likes of Max Soliven, Emil Jurado, and Nelly Sindayen. These journalists were so well trained that they, too, got Fr. Cuthy’s mannerism and colorful expletives. Fr. Billman was the founder of the first local newspaper in Mindanao, the Mindanao Cross that began printing in 1948, and the Sulu Star. Fr. Joseph Boyd was the great liaison and procure man for the mission. He stayed in the Diocese of Manila and became a close friend to Archbishop Michael O’Doherty and his young Secretary, Mons. Rufino Santos. Fr. Boyd was able to secure the pastoral responsibility from the Diocese of the former ‘friar’ land called Grace Park (a name taken from the Archbishop’s title, ‘His Grace’) north of Manila. Fr. Emile Bolduc became the first Oblate Pastor in Sulu. He became famous not for his construction and projects but for his prayer life and spirituality. He also became pastor in Grace Park and from there moved to the OMI Novitiate to become the towering symbol of religious and missionary life to young Filipino Oblates in formation. At his funeral, Archbishop Mongeau gave credit to Fr. Bolduc for the success and the achievements of the OMI missions in Cotabato and Sulu. To the pioneers, Fr. Bolduc was the soul of the mission through his prayers and hours before the Blessed Sacrament. There was not much said about the 7th pioneer, Fr. Egide Beaudoin. He became the first Oblate Pastor in the whole territory now known as North Cotabato based in Midsayap. All the pioneers were interned at the UST Concentration Camp throughout World War II until the liberation of Manila in 1946. The harsh conditions of the concentration camp wrought havoc to his health that he had to go back to the US for recuperation. They were actually three waves of OMI pioneers to mission in Cotabato and Sulu. The first wave arrived in September and October 1939. The second wave of seven came a year after in September 1940 (Frs. George Baynes, Edward Gordon, Emile Laquerre, Joseph Quinn, John Sheehan, Paul Drone and Bro. Michael Braun). The third and last wave of pioneers consisted of four OMIs from the US Irish Province, and arrived in September 1941, few months before the bombing of Pearl Harbor (Frs. James Burke, Edward McMahon, Robert Sullivan & Bernard Clancy). Not much credit and focus were given to the second and third waves and their names are hardly remembered yet they, too, were giants in the missions in Sulu and Cotabato. In fact, the first blood shed for the mission belonged to these last two waves. Frs. Paul Drone, Edward McMahon and Bro. Michael Braun were beheaded by the Japanese during the war. Seventy years ago, the Oblates of Mary Immaculate dared to accept the Church mission in Cotabato and Sulu. Through the years, the OMI’s have never been lacking in courage and generosity in building these frontier territories. They have become all sorts to all people – builders, carpenters, farmers, educators, pastors and peacemakers. The OMI Mission in 1939 has now become a robust Province that sends missionaries to Japan, Thailand, Korea, and China in Asia; Bolivia and Argentina in Latin America; and Canada and US in North America. The OMIs have had their share of martyrs in their 70 years in the Philippines. The first martyr was election-related. Fr. Nelson Javellana and his volunteers of the first Philippine movement for clean elections were ambushed near Tambunan, Cotabato on November 3, 1970. Three martyrs shed their blood in Sulu and Tawi-Tawi – Bishop Benjamin de Jesus on February 4th, 1997, Fr. Benjamin Inocencio on December 28th, 2000 and Fr. Jesus Reynaldo Roda on January 15th, 2008. Though painful and sorrowful, the OMIs take pride in their martyrs who paid the ultimate price for the values and beliefs close to their hearts. They were not brave men, but because of the love for their people and the trust in God, they were able to muster enough courage to silence the fears in their hearts. Today, as the OMIs celebrate the 70th anniversary of their presence in the Philippines, specifically in the remote islands of Sulu and Tawi-Tawi archipelago, they recognize their mission partners and friends as they look back with thanksgiving for what God has wrought through their various ministries. its so sad the missionaries has to met such tragic death in the hands of the people that doesn´t accepted nor loved them for their compassions and dedications.
but why OMI has to go on those muslim territories just to proclaim the teaching of christianity,its sort of insult to muslim community or vice versa to encourage them to join chritianity when they are solid to islamic faith. no wonder why war exist among the religions because of their spiritual beliefs,tradition and cultures. if before filipinos thought it was the spanish colonizer enslave them,this time it is the christianity,muslims,buddhist,hindus,jews,pagans has full control of Philippines economic,security,cultures and beliefs. The Templars are martyrs for keeping the secret and lies of Vatican. Pope have them executed for heresy.
Kung titignan natin maganda ang hangarin ng OMI to invite muslims to christianity. Pero bakit hindi nila paghusayan ang teachings sa Metro Manila kung saan sobrang talamak ang mga maling gawa ng mga Kristiyano??? Bakit ang muslim area ang pinupuntirya ninyo samantalang kaliwa't-kanan ang gulo, corruption, immoralidad sa metro manila???
What is the reason??? Muslims have their own "Way of Life" and not terrorist as nonesee said above. Maybe the OMI wants also to take the lands of muslims to give to Christians and all the lands of muslims will vanish totally! Try ninyo muna sa Manila from politiko going down sa mga corrupt na barangay tanod o bantay bayan...ituro ninyo yung totoong aral ng Diyos...YUNG TAKOT SA DIYOS. Sad to say may kalamidad sa atin sa kasalukuyan, pero mas marami pa yata yung nagsamantala sa mga nasalanta kaysa yung TAOS PUSONG PAGTULONG sa kapwa na siguro kabilang sa ARAL NI JESUS ng walang anomang kapalit. Pero ano ito yung may mga bangka...YES pinapasakay nila yung tao, provided na magbayad kayo!!! Yan ba ang ARAL NI JESUS? Yan ba ang ARAL NI MARY IMMACULATE??? Dumadamay ang mga Missionaries sa mga muslim areas dahilan sa sirkulo ng gera sa hanay ng mga Muslim clan & Muslim warlord mismo. Ang mga sibilyan at peaceful na mamamayan ay apektado sa ganitong kultura ng digmaan at natural lang sa isang may pag-ibig sa kapwa ang tumulong at ibahagi ang formula ng kapayapaan na alok ni Hesus. Hindi po hangad ng Kristyanismo ang lupa ng mga muslim sa katotohanan ay hindi naman binabawal ng Kristyanismo na ang mga muslim ay dumako sa kanila. Mga Islam countries ang nagbabawal sa mga Kristyano na dumako sa lupang muslim kahit pa nga peaceful ang kanilang pakay. Mga muslim leader po ang dapat mangaral sa kanilang membro na huag mag-aklas kung dayuhan lamang sila sa isang bansang hindi-islamiko at paalalahanan ren sila na huag maging marahas sa mga hindi-muslim. Salamat sa inyong pakikinig. Sa mabuting paraan ba naman galing yung perang ginagamit sa humanitarian aid o kung ano mang foreign aids yan towards muslims???
Maganda yung hangarin pero sana yung pinanggalingan sa maganda rin??? I dont think na ang isang tao papatay na walang dahilan??? Unless drug users, manginginom, walang takot sa Diyos!!! Katulad ng nangyayari sa Manila! Our Muslims Leaders (Imam) are keep on telling us to have Taqwa (Fear to Allah) and not to do harm to other...ewan ko lang sa mga politikong muslim na ginagaya ang gawi ng mga kristiyanong politiko, at nawala na rin sa aral ng Islam dahil sa karamihan sa paligid ng politikong ito ay nasisilaw sa kamunduhan! Dahil parang normal na lang at legal sa politika ang magpayaman gamit ang kaban ng bayan!!! Pero I dont think na pagtulong lang ang reason bakit pupunta pa ng Mindanao na alam namang may giyera as you said sa itaas...bakit hindi na lang sa manila...maraming addict, maraming corrupt, maraming mangloloko, maraming immoral na dapat pagtuunan ng MAS MALAKING PANSIN dahil sobra ng salot sa lipunan. Hayaan ninyo yung naggigiyera kapag namatay na silang lahat tapos na ang pinoproblema ninyo!!! Pero itong mga buhay na salot ng Manila...hangga't buhay yang mga yan MAS MARAMI PANG TAO ANG PAHIHIRAPAN!!!

Kaliwete huwag kang gumawa ng sarili mong pilosopiya sa kaugalian ng individual,ang kultura ay binubuo ng individual na ugali ng isang lipunan kaya naging kultura yan,mukha yatang namayabas ka sa sociology mo at psychology at Social Sciences,halatang halata na ikaw yung may aral pero walang alam.Ang ugali ng bawat isa ay may impluwensya ang kapaligiran,ano ba yung kapaligiran hindi yan basta yung nature environment or lugar, ang kultura ay binubuo ng relihiyon,tribal,paligid,edukasyon,at klase ng political orientation tulad ng demokrasya or komunista or islamiko..
Kaya ang malinaw ikaw ang bugok at ignorante tungkol sa relasyon ng ugali ng individual at kultura...Balikan mo ang Social Science mo or Political Science mo...Family is the smallest unit of Society and Family is compose of individual,What ever the culture of the society it is contributed by every family,individual,tribal traditions,place,regions and religious affiliation...

Ang unang conference ay ginanap sa Spain at marahil ay sa sunod sa isang muslim country naman ito ganapin. Magpakita po kayo ng sinseridad sa ganitong diplomatic gesture at Pakikipag-mabutihan ng muslim sa ibang Relihiyon. This is already a huge achievement of the Oblates in the country, to hear something historical of our own. But the magnificent 7 remains worthless unless it will affect the history of every Oblates - helping each one become "reflections" of magnificence.. Time. As Fr. Karamihan sa mga bata, mismo ang mga nagtuturo ay di gumagawa ng mga bagay na ganon...so sa tingin natin susunod ang mga bata sa policies na ang mga gumawa ng policy mismo sila yung lumalabag??? Kulang sila sa aral na madalas na propaganda ng mga ibang relihiyon...wala silang utak sabi ng iba. So madali silang gumaya sa mga gawa ng mga nakararami sa kapaligiran nila! Kung ang mga mayayaman na tao at yung mga nasa pwesto hindi alam ang tamang pagtapon ng basura??? Ano ang i-expect mo sa mga mahirap...na sabi ninyo na kulang sa aral at sa pagkain!!! Bawal sa Aral ng Islam ang dumi, kaya kapag nagdarasal ang muslim 5 beses isang araw hinahanda ang sariling linisin hindi lamang ang panglabas na katawan pati na rin ang pangloob (pag-iisip, konsensya, etc.). Yung ibang nagkakalat diyan, sorry for them they need more knowledge sa Aral ng Islam. Ang wajib (obligation) sa bawat muslim ay "seek knowledge from cradle to death" sa lahat ng aspeto ng buhay, from religion to academic, etc. I hope and we pray na sana matuto tayong magdasal, hindi yung alipin na lang tayo ng electronic gadgets (TV, ipods, cellphones, PDA, mp3 players, etc. every minute of our day, pati na ang sigarilyo na alipin din ang karamihan ng mga Pilipino at walang pakungdangang itapon kung saan saan ang upos. Sana ang implement din ng simbahan ang strict na TAKOT SA DIYOS...hindi lang after sila sa donations ng mga tao. Take note huhusgahan tayo ng Diyos according sa ating mga intensions!!!

You had your point. Pero kung babasahin mo ulit ang last paragraph ng first statement mo, very particular ka.... very consistent ka sa mangyayari... para bang si madam auring ka na nang huhula ka. Ang dating sa akin nun eh pawang pananakot. You were trying to convince people by threathening them, gaya ng mga strategy ng mga pastor. I beleive you have a good intention. But ang strategy mo, bulok. Saka even if it will be true.... Nothing would matters. If it is the end....it's the end. Makasalan man o banal, bata o matanda, may ngipen o wala....mag bayad muna bago bumaba.

Sa totoo lang atake ka kayo ng atake at hindi ninyo sinasagot ang mga katanungan sa inyo. Kapag maayos naman ang sinasabi para kayong mga ulol kung sumagot. Sa totoo lang lumalaki ang galit ng buong mundo sa kamusliman dahil sa mga muslim na katulad mo. Wala tayo sa barilan! Baka akala mo ratratan dito. Makipagusap ka ng maayos dahil inilalagay mo lang sa kahihiyan ang mga moro. Sa wari ko'y parang pakawala ka para sirain ang kamusliman. Tingnan mo sigaw ka ng sigaw na parang baliw mero ka pang patawa tawa na akalamo nasisira na talaga ang pagiisip....................................Nalalahiya ka kapatid Walanghiyang MUSLIM si Andres at isang kahihiyan sa ISLAM ang kanyang attitude.

Abdullah Yusuf Ali has rightly translated the word summa or moreover which clearly gives an indication that while the earth along with the mountains, etc. was created in six days simultaneously the heavens were created in two days. Therefore the total does not come to eight days but six days.
Surah 18:89-98 relates the story of zul-qarnayn a just and devout muslim ruler. scholars differed views as to the identity of zul-qarnayn. some says he was cyrus the great, alexander the great, two arabian kings, or king narmer of egypt. there is no difinative answers as to who really he was. Alexander the great never mentioned in the qur'an. therfore you have no basis other than mere spiculation or assumption to indicate or conclude that zul-qarnayn is the same as alexander. I think, you should double up your research effort to come up with more credible and challenging charges. anyway, good try... I appriciate your painstaking effort to finds error and contradiction in the qur'an. though its just a waste of time because you will never find any.

The adverb (SUMMA) THEN or MOREOVER doesnot suppose to mean simultaneous.
Those are terms used to ADD FURTHER PIECE OF INFORMATION but it is never to mean SIMULTANEOUS. My friend you have said it yourself that muslims have contradicting assumption of who ZUL- QARNAYN is.

Iba ang Qur'an! I can do more work in one hour, I can print while typing and watching dvds and listening to some Qur'an verses and also while downloading files. Can you do that??? And then you compare yourself sa DIYOS??? At sa karunungan ng DIYOS??? hehehe

REVOLUTIONARY IDIOLOGY
Great thinkers changed the course of the world; their ideals are sometimes unacceptable for some other intellectuals, but because of its noble cause the world has gradually learned to accept it as part of the history and the names of those some intellectuals who never appreciate the beauty of the said ideals were vanished from the history books. Their ideals are like stars: men may not succeed in touching them with their hands, but like the seafaring men on the desert of waters, they choose the stars as their guides, and following the stars men reach their destiny in life. Today’s idealists are called terrorist, radical, Islamism, barbarian, and even sometimes as crazy, because their idealism is based on the Qur’an. The counterrevolutionary claimed that it is obsolete, therefore, humans of this century must adhere to the new improve laws of the more advance civilization. However, the Qur’an of these radicals is obviously more lenient compare to the selfish, oppressive, tyrant, and unscrupulous laws that have been introduced to men by the same few of them. The law of the Supreme God prohibits thousand of wrong deeds but without corresponding punishment, the punishment for the crime committed is considered as a sin, hence, the execution of it is extendable up to the hereafter. While, the laws created by men provide in every of its provision the corresponding punishment. The revolutionary ideology of the distinguished Radicals is seeking for the materialization of the following: Land for the peasants, factory for the workers, and bread for the poor, and respect for the senior citizens, freedom and democracy for the intellectuals, justice and peace for all, and above all to bring the laws of God as the supreme law of the believers. The above mentioned ideals are strictly mentioned by God to His Divine Qur’an. And according to the Islamist, those who failed to obey the word of God are no longer Muslim. The first duty of the revolutionary society is to find justice for the oppressed. The Muslim countries today became the tasting grounds of all sophisticated invented weapons of the western people, now the so called terrorists are calling for justice, and that can only be done if all Muslims unified as what the Qur’an said ‘’this your community is a single community, and I am your Lord, so worship Me" [21:92]). Democracy is that form of society, no matter what its form of government, in which man has a chance or hope, liberty, and fraternity. The whole society will only have good future if righteous leaders prevail as what the God said to his Qur’an: "verily My righteous servants shall inherit the earth" [21:105]. In the eyes of God all men are equal; therefore, real equality is not to be decreed by law of the men, only the creator has the right to give equality. Person from poor family will be given a chance to lead the country (in accordance with the Koranic verse "And we wish to show favor to those who have been oppressed upon earth, and to make them leaders and the inheritors." [28:5]). As what has been said liberty does not work as well in practice as it does in speeches. Hence, congress or legislative body is one of the greatest gifts of God to the Muslims; where in, intellectuals among the society have the full freedom to voice out their grievances against the tyrant leaders. \"Their affairs are by consultations among them\" [42:38] and \"Consult them in affairs\" [3:159]. There are thousands of salient verses of the Qur’an which is very applicable to all times, but unfortunately, it is being archived by the unbelievers to keep others committing sins everyday by not believing what is in the Qur’an. As I gave the example before, if I were to transpose myself into that era, knowing what I knew today and describing things, I could not describe the things which were described. I see no evidence for the fact to refute the concept that this individual, Muhammad, had to be developing this information from some place. So I see nothing here in conflict with the concept that the divine intervention was involved in what he was able to write" (Dr. E. I find it very interesting that this sort of information is in the ancient scriptures of the Holy Qur'an, and I have no way of knowing where they would come from, but I think it is extremely interesting that they are there and that this work is going on to discover it, the meaning of some of the passages." During the 8th Saudi Medical Conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Professor Goeringer stated the following in the presentation of his reserach paper: "In a relatively few ayahs (Quranic verses) is contained a rather comprehensive description of human development from the time of commingling of the gametes through organogenesis. No such distinct and complete record of human development, such as classification, terminology, and description, existed previously. In most, if not all, instances, this description antedates by many centuries the recording of the various stages of human embryonic and fetal development recorded in the traditional scientific literature." 5. (Dr. Yoshihide Kozai is Professor Emeritus at Tokyo University, Hongo, Tokyo, Japan and was the Director of the National Astronomical Observatory, Mitaka, Tokyo, Japan. He said:
"I am very much impressed by finding true astronomical facts in the Qur'an, and for us the modern astronomers have been studying very small pieces of the universe. We've concentrated our efforts for understanding of (a) very small part. Because by using telescopes, we can see only very few parts (of) the sky without thinking (about the) whole universe. So, by reading (the)Qur'an and by answering to the questions, I think I can find my future way for investigation of the universe." 6. "And certainly, We created man of an extract of clay, then we made him a small seed in a firm resting-place, Then we made the seed a clot, then we made the clot a lump of flesh, then we made (in) the lump of flesh bones, then we clothed the bones with flesh, then we caused it to grow into another creation, so blessed be Allah, the best of the Creator. Then after that you will most surely die. Then surely on the day of resurrection you shall be raised" referring this Quranic verse, Dr. Keith Moore says: "This verses from the Qur'an states that God made you from a drop and then changed the drop into a leech-like structure which soon changed into a chewed like substance that then took the shape of bone and was clothed with flesh." I was amazed at the scientific accuracy of these statements which were made in the 7th century A.D. Knowledge in the field of embryology could not progress significantly until the microscope was discovered in the 17th century. After it was possible to examine cells under the microscope, it was reasoned in the 18th century that development resulted from growth and differentiation of embryonic cells. "The staging of human embryos was not proposed until the 1940's and the stages used nowadays were not adopted worldwide until a few years ago." It is reasonable to interpret the three veils of darkness mentioned in the Qur'an as: (a) the mother's abdominal amniochorionic membrane composed of the fused amnion and chorion. These three anatomical layers protect the embryo from external injury. (Dr. Moore was Professor of Anatomy and Chairman of the Dept. I rely on what is explicitly written in the QURAN which is contradicting. IT IS YOU WHO MADE THE ASSUMPTION that a 2 day creation event of the heavens is simultaneous to the event of 4 days creation of the earth. The event that you are trying to reconcile are 2 creation days added up to the 4 creation days & yet you donot regard days as a PERIOD OF TIME in numerals? An EVENT IS NOT A PHYSICAL MATTER as you have said but DAYS are events which are limited by SPACE & TIME. It is either the writter of the Quran is wrong or you are wrong, because the writter explicitly says a total of 8 days but you are trying to assume it is 6 days only. Whoever made the mistake whether it is the writter or you the passage is no longer consistent to it's early claims. It is you who made the assumption by your explanation & so therefore you bear the burden of proof not me, my friend. You know why, you could not comprehend the verses and seemingly appeared to you as contradicting? It is because you read the qur’an superficially. you refuse to use your mind and logic or to pay close attention. Those who approach the Qur’an to try to discover faults and contradictions frequently cite the above verse.

If you pay attention to the periods of time stated in the verses you can reach the following calculations: - It took four days from the time the universe was started until the sustenance had been made ready, or rather the necessary environment for living things was suitable, along with the creation of plants and animals. - The beginning of this period, namely the shaping of the Earth along with the universe, or in short the creation of the world, took the initial two of these four days. So, these two days are not a separate time frame from those first four days. They are, to be more precise, the first two days of the four days mentioned in the next verse. - In the 11th and 12th verses state that the sky was formed in 2 days. In conclusion, they add up to 6 days. Researcher knows, he has no basis or his allegation has already been reputed. He just rising baseless issue for the seek of argument. Sa Qur'an bawal magdagdag-bawas at hanggat maari at obligasyon sa amin na mag-aral kami from cradle to death (arabic, etc, etc.) dahil ang salita ng DIYOS ay halos walang kasing kahulugan sa salita ng TAO, yung translation na ginagamit na english AY YUNG PINAKAMALAPIT na kahulugan and NOT THE EXACT MEANING!!! katulad ng asawa sa inasawa...pareho ba yan ng meaning The Researcher??? kung ang Quran ay arabic languages mga arabo lang ang makakaintindi kay Allah,kung gayon si Allah ang Diyos ng mga arabo,ngayon huwag na nyong ipagpilitan sa mga hindi arabo ang relihiyon muslim dahil hindi rin lang naman maiintindihan ng mga hindi arabo ang nilalaman ng ng Kuran.

we don´t eat pork,shrimps,lobsters,crabs,squids any animals that was listed abominated that´s why most of us are vegetarian and though there are many SDA members who can not refuse not to eat pork or abominated foods especially those newly convert who grew-up ating the said evils food,i do understand their shortcomings for they are our brothers and sisters who has no strong self control over their physical desires besides God also command not to hates them just because they eat what they should not,if we hates them,then we are more evil compared to them,knowing they already committed mistakes instead of understanding their failures to stay in line to salvation they fall out from the measures God given to us. we are all clinging on one line of salvation,if some of us fall-out that means they are weak and they don´t deserves to be in Kingdom of God. kaya nga kaunti lang ang maliligtas dahil marami ang hindi kakayanin ang pagsubok na bigay ng Diyos. ikaw ibrahim,sa palagay mo ba ligtas ka na? Alhamdullillah (Praise be to Allah) kapag nakakatanggap kami ng biyaya galing sa kanya sa araw-araw, masama man o mabuti basta't binigay niya. Wala tayong karapatan na tumanggi sa kagustuhan niya!!! Tandaan natin na NILIKHA NIYA ANG TAO AT ANG JINN(unseen) KUNDI PARA LANG SUMAMBA SA KANYA!!! Wala siyang pangangailangan, kundi tayo ang may pangangailangan para mapunta sa PANGAKO NIYANG PARAISO! Paano yon, na sumamba sa Kanya ng buong puso, ng walang pagtatambal at gawin yung mga kanais-nais na gawain para sa Kanya. Hindi naman kami galit ha? Kundi pinapaalala namin yung mga maling gawa ng sinasabi mong mga brothers and sister natin! Hindi pwedeng i understand lang natin yung maling gawa kundi dapat ay ITAMA!!! Mayrong isang Hadith sa Muslim..."Kapag nakakita ka ng isang maling ginagawa, pigilan mo ito sa pamamagitan ng iyo kamay(awatin mo), kapat hindi mo kaya sa pamamagitan ng iyong bibig(pagsabihan mo), kapat hindi mo kaya, ilagay mo sa isip mo na mali ang ginagawa niya...pero ito ang pinakamababang o mahina na pananampalataya! Kasi kapag sinabi mong intindihin lang yung mali para mong sinabing i-tolerate na lang palagi yung mali!!! Ganon ba dapat? Parang yung tamad nakikita mo ng tamad, hayaan lang nating maging tamad lang lalo??? Hinalintulad ng Propheta Mohd ang buhay ng tao sa Mundo na para lang tayong isang kabalyero na nakisukob lang sa lilim ng isang punongkahoy at kapagdaka'y lilisanin ang lilim ng punong yaon. Ganyan lang kabilis ang buhay ng tao...sana magamit natin sa tamang pamamaraan... hindi sa makamundong bagay lang!!! Binigyan niya tayo ng pag iisip na iwasan ang kasamaan at yakapin ang kabutihan...nasa sa inyo na yan..ang tamang paggamit!
