Several points to looked at and consider in framing the Philippines claim and sovereignyty over the spratlys and beyond.
1. If the Philippines were a strong nation with strong military to protect its territories, the Philippines would have no problem protecting its territories and the Philippines would have already annexed, occupied and protected its sovereignty over the whole of spratlys and beyond.
2. The Spratlys lies in Southeast Asia and it is not mainland China that China can lay claim over it.
3. West Philippines Sea is the TRADITIONAL TERRITORIAL DOMAIN of the south east asian people.
4. South East Asia belong to the south east asian people. Any sharing of resources is strictly for the the South East Asian Claimants coutnries.
5. Like the colonizer in the past, like the british in malaya, french in indochina, the dutch in indonesia, spain and US in the Philippines, japan 's conquest in world war 2, the colonizer had claim vast lands and territories in South East Asia but the true owner of those lands and territories were not the colonizer. It is the inhabitants of South East Asia. Likewise, CHINA may CLAIM the whole of West Philippines Sea as theirs, but we know who the real owner of that territories, it is not china but the inhabitants of South East Asia.

In Football analogy, China runs a 50 yard dash line and made a touchdown. If china sees an opportunity they'll take it right away. Philippines will fight each other first who can get the most grease money.

the nine dash line is a line that separates what is owned by the philippines and what is neutral sea. It was not drawn to determine what is owned by china and what is owned by the philippines. China misinterpret the line as a boundaries of what they owned from what is owned by the philippines...There must be a dash line too in the border sea along the coast of mainland china to separate what they owned from neutral sea...

Sa ngayon, hindi importante 'yung mga bagay na yan na pinoproblema ninyo -paglibing kay Marcos.

Sa aking pananaw, basta 'wag magnakaw si PNoy. Susuportahan ko siya. Maliliit na hakbang tungo sa kaunlaran lang muna para sa Pinas.

'Wag na kasing ipoliticize. 'Wag na manggulo at gumawa pa ng mga mala-showbiz na problema. Hindi makakatulong yan sa atin.

Sa halip na welga nang welga at puro protesta, subukan kaya nating sumuporta.

BTW, hindi ako anti-Marcos. Kung napanuod nyo ang anime na Code GEASS sa tingin ko, kung ano nangyari sa bida dun, ganun 'yung tunay na nangyari kay Marcos.

Pero 'yun nga, hindi prioridad na problema ng Pinas ang paglibing sa kanya. Kaya sana 'wag na muna manggulo.

First of all, do we have concrete evidence against Pres. Ferdinand Marcos?
All i can see is until today his projects are being very useful such as LRT, NLEX and Skyway. And kung natuloy ang Bataan Nuclear Power Plant, hindi magagawang mang gahaman ang Meralco today. Despite sa dami ng mga projects na magaganda ni Pres. Marcos, lagi nyo pa din dinidikit sa pangalan nya ang mga pag patay sa kung kanino kanino. Kung wala sya, wala tayong LRT, wala din MRT, walang Skyway, walang NLEX at SLEX.

Hindi nyo iniisip na paano kung may ibang tao ang nasa likod ng pag patay o pagkawala ng tao noon? Bakit hindi nyo tingnan kung sino ang mas nakikinabang after mapa alis si Pres. Marcos?

Yung pag patay kay Former Sen. Aquino, bakit hindi imbestigahan ang isang Conjuangco? Napaka one sided nyo.

Walang alam ang kasalukuyang pangulo natin ngayon, ano ba nagawa nya noong Senador sya? Hanggang salita na lang talaga sya. Niloloko nya ang sambayanang Pilipino. Hindi sya marunong magpatakbo ng bansa.

Ano na ba nangyari sa Hacienda Luisita? Ano na ba nangyari sa Maguindanao Massacre? Ano na ba nangyari sa Rizal Park hostage incident? Ngayon nasaan ang hustisya para 19 na sundalo na hindi nakapalag dahil alam nila ay ceasefire? Mahina na nga pangulo, mahina pa din ang mga tauhan. Hinding hindi nya matutumbasan ang pamumuno kahit ni Pres. Erap, kahit na ang image ni Erap ay mahina ang utak, magagaling naman ang mga tauhan nya. Puro pabango na lang ang alam ni Pnoy. Ngayon lumalabas ang tunay nyang kulay. Isa syang malaking "DRAWING". Wala na syang ibang alam kung hindi habulin si Arroyo. Hindi nya kayang mag multi-tasking.

Why still conduct such studies if he will not be satisfied? True, it is just a waste of resources. PNoy should make his own decisions, a President's decision.
