Teodoro is a known supporter of an unpopular president who has been accused of using her office to enrich her family. So how did he answer a question about the possibility of freezing his personal assets if elected President, for the duration of his term?
Filipino web user Renante Nate asked this question through GMANews.TV: “Papayag ka ba na sa buong panahon ng iyong panunungkulan, lahat ng iyong ari-arian, mga tinatangkilik, maging ng iyong mga mahal sa buhay ay mananatiling frozen? Samakatuwid, your financial growth should be proportional to the economic performance of the country. Ano? Kakagat ka ba?”

Hindi siguro kailangan tingnan kung sino ang nag-endorso kay Gibo, sa mga narinig kong talumpati ni Gibo isa siyang tunay at malinis na maging leader ng ating bansa, matatag may paninindigan at higit sa lahat wala siyang kinikilingan…Mabuhay ka Gibo..

Public officials, elected or not, knows how much will be their salary. Despite these, they still opted to serve the public. But, the question now is:
IS IT REALLY THEIR INTENTION TO SERVE THE PUBLIC OR ADVANCE THEIR OWN PERSONAL INTEREST?
Taasan mo man ang suweldo o bigyan mo man ng anumang benepisyo, kung ang hangarin ay mangurakot, ang problema ay nariyan pa rin.
WE HAVE ENOUGH LAWS TO GO AFTER VIOLATORS AND LAW BREAKERS. WHAT IS REALLY NEEDED IS THE WILL TO PROSECUTE REGARDLESS OF PUBLIC POSITION.

We need leaders who are competent, transparent and who has positive approach towards the healing & continued development of our country. Gibo Teodoro is the most abled guy to do this…the thinking Filipinos should support him in the midst of the very NEGATIVE politicking that this country has been accustomed to. Gibo will just let go of the graft violations of Gloria, he owes his candidacy to gma and as he said in harapan Chan 2 debate he will not turn his back on her. There are better candidates around that we can be sure are true to their words.

While Gibo may show the characteristics and ideals becoming of a stateman brought about mostly by his educational background and political upbringing, the people in our country still considers him as a leader whose would-be decisions will still be party-based–selfish and bias.
At the level where we are today, the one with the most money will the one who will emerge the winner come May elections. This, sadly, regardless of intellect, dignity, political platform, public speaking ability, and looks.

I agree with Dan Serrano, that’s a simple but intelligent comment, makatotoo. Ang galing at husay ng isang kandidato di nakikita kung sino ang nageendorso. Wala yan sa pasikatan, nasa katatagan at willingness to serve at may sariling paninindigan – di kailangan ang sulsol ng kung sino. Kahit sino makarinig kay Gibo – sa totoo lang, 90 porsiyento iboboto sya. Pakimulat ang mata at buksan ang tenga ng mga nagsasabing hindi sya iboboto. Kahit saang bagay, di ibig sabihin kapag may duda ang pamamalakad ng isang nakakataas sa yo, may kinalaman ka doon at ganoon ka din – it doesn’t work that way…. be realistic my countrymen.

we should judge gibo as his own person and his own attributes, and not because he was endorsed by GMA. May sariling pagkatao si Gibo and thats what we should discern.

Itong mga pro-opposition wala nang nakikita kundi ang laging mali sa govierno, subrang believe sa sarili na kung akala mo’y walang mabahong amoy sa sarili, subrang linis at subrang taas ang katalinuhan na halos lahat nang batas alam at hindi puweding magkamali, at sa mga pulitiko puro satsat upang mapansin at makakuha ng boto, laging gumigimik mapa sa kalsada o kahit sa mga trahidya laging naka poste na moy matulungin at mabait upang siya’y mapansin na isang tao’ maka masa at makabayan. they’re good and bachelor of science mastering political criticism against their very own government. Sa wika pa natin! Magagaling sa PANANALITA at hindi sa GAWA! In other words! “ACTION Speaks Louder Than WORD” ya mali pala ‘WORD Speaks Louder Than ACTION’ ganyan sila ka talino at galing…I would go for GIBO…He is the only one among all aspirants who does not look others or opponents to justify himself as clean and honest politician against others… his intelect speaks from the HEART….
